The year is 1986, and you've just landed a job at Cyber Burger®, America's favourite fast-food restaurant, and leader in the development of burger-related service technology.
Your job is to make as many hamburgers as you can during your shift. The way to do so is to shoot down ingredients flying across the field, and catch them in your laser-equipped basket.
Every successful hamburger you make will give you a cash tip and may add additional time to your shift. Don't get the ingredients out of order or you'll receive a demerit.
Your shift is over when the timer runs out or you've received too many demerits. The tips you earn during your shift, plus any cash bonuses awarded to you for your performance, will make up your take home pay. Do a good job, and you can also be awarded Employee of the Month.
Keys
Much like other Pico-8 games, the default key mapping is the cursor keys, plus Z and X. Use P to access the system menu.
The following keys are used within the game:
- Left — move basket left
- Right — move basket right
- Z/X — fire laser
- P — pause/menu
